I live in Hampton Roads in VA and want to find a store to sell my ideas jewelry.Any handcrafted crystal beads?
My jewelry features Swarovski crystal, but includes all types of pearls and I sell at market Crafters now … I am interested in Arts & Crafts Shows, shopping gifts, consignment stores, etc.

The next questions now are: How do you distribute your jewelry to your customers (ie craft shows, trade Wholesale to retailers, specialty shops, shop for your studio, holiday shopping, party plan, website, etc.)? How will you inform customers on your jewelry? Also in your market research you need to know what your competitors. You can learn more about what is selling where, who and What price carefully observing the competition. Surf the net, attend as many shows, visit as many shops, and seek like many other outlets you can to the same style of jewelry you want on the market. Then ask yourself: Customers can easily obtain this you do from someone else, perhaps at a lower price than you would care to make a profit? Is your unique jewelry or the market is already saturated with the style of jewelry you want to do? As I said before the competition is tough so that your designs are be unique! Before you approach a clothing store to check first. What styles and colors are they selling this season? Doing samples of jewelry that would be great match with the clothing store does not sell. A store owner is probably more jewelry and accessories that meet their current inventory.
